Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped within two to three working days, unless item is backordered. All orders over  $200.00 are shipped free of charge within the United States, extra fees may apply for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. 

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped either US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Upon request, rush orders may be shipped via Next-Day-Air Service, Second-day-Air, or 3 Day Select with additional fees. 

Delivery of orders are typically 3 to 5 days from the shipping date for most items. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.  If your product order is back-ordered we will promptly notify you via email.

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any products you receive, please return the unused product in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or company credit.  We do not accept returns on material that has been re-packaged, broken safety seal.

Items may be returned by authorization only.  Please call customer service AT (612-269-9980) to obtain the return authorization (RA) number to process your return.  A 20% re-stocking fee is applied for all returned items.

Payment Information

Orders will be shipped prepaid, using Visa, Mastercard,  money orders or checks.

Cancelled or returned checks will be charged an additional $35.00 processing fee.
